Information on the data protection act under art.13 of Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 n.196
The Company, as data controller, informs clients that data provided (including verbally, directly or via third parties), including anagraphical and physical data are considered personal data under Legislative Decree. 196/2003 – The Protection of Data Act
This Act states that anyone who processess personal data must inform the interested party of which data is processed and elements regarding processing. This must take place correctly and in a transparent manner, to protect the confidential nature of your rights.
In observance of these regulations we provide the following information: data is processed in relation to contractual needs and in order to fulfil legal and contractual obligation, as well as to ensure efficient management of commercial relationships.
Data will be processed in writing or by magnetic, electronic or telematic means. Data must be provided for legal and contractual reasons and therefore any refusal to supply it may make it impossible for the Company to enter into any contract with the party. Failure to provide any data that is not required for legal or contractual reasons will be evaluated each time by the Company who will decide on the importance of the data requested to its management of the commercial relationship.
As well as communication or diffusion for legal reasons, data may be communicated in Italy and/or abroad to factoring companies, credit institutions, credit recovery companies, business information companies, professionals and consultants, companies that operate in the transport sector and data processing companies, also to protect credit ratings and improve management of our rights as regards individual business relationships.
All authorised (and legally appointed) data controllers may view your data according to their authorisation profile and eventual responsibilities.
The Company will guarantee the utmost privacy from third parties and only process data for the purposes strictly necessary.
Data will be treated throughout the contractual relationship and also after in order to fulfil legal obligation and for future commercial purposes; regarding this data the Company can exercise its rights under art.7 del d.lgs.vo n.196/2003 within the limits and conditions of articles 8, 9 and 10 of the aforementioned legislative decree.
