The Campsite management requests that guests observe the following regulations.
1) On arrival every camper must present an identity document for registration for legal purposes. S/he must ensure that it is correct and let us know of any changes or errors.
The holder of the pitch or accommodation must immediately inform the management of every person added to the initial group and will be held responsible for any omissions.
Every guest will be given a "Camping –pass", to be shown if requested by security staff and an ID bracelet that MUST be worn for the whole of your stay. Both must be returned upon departure.
2) Minors must be accompanied, for the whole of the stay, by parents or a person over 18 who is legally responsible.
3) Visitors are allowed upon approval from the Management, which reserves the right not to allow visitors on days when the campsite is very crowded. Visitors must present ID, enter on foot and pay the daily charge if their visit is for longer than 60 minutes.
Visits are allowed from 08.00 to 21.00 and must not end after 22.00.
4) Dogs are not allowed. Other animals are only allowed upon approval by the management.
5) The pitch can be occupied by a maximum of 5 people and can be used for a single tent or to park a car. Camper vans have no parking space. For aesthetic and safety reasons it is forbidden to hang cords at head height, create boundaries or tie sheets or any type of cover to trees.
6) Motor vehicles are not allowed in the campsite from 13- 15 and from 24 - 7.
It is forbidden to assemble or take down tents and you must observe the utmost quiet during these hours.
At all times of the day please avoid noise or any type of behaviour that may disturb other campers.
Audio and video equipment must be used with extreme moderation and never from 24 -7.
7) For the peace and safety of all, cars and motorbikes must be used as little as possible. The max speed allowed is 10 km/h.
8) Adults are directly responsible for the behaviour of their children. Their vivacity, needs or habits cannot under any circumstances disturb the peace, safety and hygiene of other guests.
9) The calculation of your stay is performed on the basis of the number of nights, irrespective of your time of arrival. For financial reasons guests who are leaving must pay for their stay, which cannot be charged to those remaining. Departures must take place by 12, after that time it will be counted as another day. Our accommodation must be vacated by 10 and the keys must be given to the office.
10) If the booking is cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be returned in its entirety.
Otherwise the booking will only be returned if the Management manages to rent the accommodation for the entire period cancelled.
The whole period booked must be paid for in the case of late arrival or early departure.
11) The Management offers night and day time security in the campsite and will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen objects or valuables that it has not be given for safe keeping.
The Management is answerable for liability towards third parties, within the limits established by the insurance company with which it has stipulated the policy. It will not be held responsible for damage caused by force majeure or natural disasters, such as falling trees or branches or by damages caused by guests' behaviour.
12) These regulations are displayed at reception and a copy will be given on arrival. Entrance to the campsite involves guests wholly accepting these rules.
Campsite staff are responsible for reporting failure to observe the regulations to Management and for removing transgressors.
